What types of organizations does RS Business Ventures work with?

What is the difference between your digital products and your advisory retainer?

The digital products — Signal Control, Crisis Ready, and the mini-course — are self-guided tools your team can use immediately without our direct involvement. The advisory retainer is a hands-on engagement where we work directly with your leadership team to develop custom messaging, provide on-call strategic counsel, and support your communications during an active or anticipated situation.

How quickly can you respond if a situation is already developing?

For retainer clients, response time is part of the engagement agreement. For organizations not on retainer, reach out through the contact form as early as possible — the sooner we are involved, the more options available. Do you offer training or tabletop exercises?

What is Response Brief Premium?

Response Brief Premium is a paid monthly subscription that delivers two premium newsletter issues per month, one new crisis communications template per month, and one real-world case study breakdown. It is designed for communications professionals and leaders who want to stay sharp between incidents. It is $15 per month or $150 per year. 

Do your digital products come with editable files?

Yes. All paid digital products include both a formatted PDF and editable Word document versions of the templates, so your team can adapt the language to your organization’s voice and specific situation.
